My 4 yr old just chose this book to read as his pre-nap book. We read about Shungiku. I think I lost him at “Shungiku”. ;) Have been holding off on growing this for market till I research whether it’s the same variety that is grown for its tea flowers or used as a cooler in TCM. Chrysanthemum flower tea is delicious!
